BNFC BRYAN NILES B.S. C.S.C.S. Welcome to BN Fitness Consulting. I hope that I can provide you with all the Fitness, Nutrition and Program design information to help you reach you fitness goals. I would like to tell a little bit about myself. I have a BS from Penn State in Exercise and Sports Science and am also certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association With a Certified Strength And Conditioning Specialist. I have 15 years of professional Experience ranging from Physical Therapy and Sports rehab, Strength and Conditioning to personal training people Off all ages and Abilities Whether from a rehab point to of view to the people with special needs and every thing In between. I also have a minor in sports nutrition.
Ask yourself are you the type of person that no matter what you have trouble gaining weight. If you answered yes than you are an ectomorph. Ectomorph can eat as much as they want and still not gain weight. If you are the type that just has to look at food like me and put on weight without trying Than you are an Endomorph. Endomorphs have the easiest time gaining weight. Take a look and see what best represents you.

Two of my Clients that I still work with one I did rehab on a hip replacement and the Client has exceeded the Doctors expectations and has full range of motion and strength.
